"AT GRAYSON COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE
Played under former Red Raider Tim Tadlock at Grayson County where helped lead his team to a fourth place finish in last year’s Junior College World Series…last season he finished with a .396 batting average, tallied 16 home runs and stole 30 bases…he was named to both the all-conference and all-tournament teams.
AT UNIVERSITY OF HOUSTON
Played his freshman season at the University of Houston under head coach Rayner Noble…was part of a UH Cougar team that advanced to the NCAA Super Regionals…made nine starts and 11 appearances on the season and finished with a .219 batting average and was 3-for-3 in stolen bases.
HIGH SCHOOL
Played varsity baseball, football, basketball and track at Class 4A Highland Park High School in Dallas, Texas…high school baseball coach was Lou Kennedy…helped lead his team to regional final appearances in 1999 and 2001 while garner all-state honors his junior and senior years

Born on Oct. 27, 1982 in Dallas to parents Gary and Nancy Blair…father Gary attended TCU and North Texas while his mother Nancy is a graduate of Wichita State…his father is self-employed and his mother is a secretary for a law firm in the Dallas area….has two younger brothers Brandon (16) and Garrett (15)…in the future he would like to pursue a career in the CIA or FBI…majoring in corporate communications and international business.
