OCEANSIDE WAVES 2004 ALASKA TRIP TRAVEL ITINERARY
11 June Friday: 12:17PM (California time) depart San Diego on Alaska Airlines flight #521 to Seattle arriving at 2:59PM (Seattle time). Depart Seattle on Alaska Airlines flight #193 at 5:54PM to Anchorage. You will arrive Anchorage at 8:28AM (Alaska time) Friday night/Saturday morning. You will be picked up at the airport by the Glacier Pilots and transported to the Royal Suites Lodge for housing hosted by the Glacier Pilots.
12 June Saturday: Transportation for this date must be coordinated with the Glacier Pilots. Game time is 7PM against the Anchorage Bucs. Check with the Bucs for B.P. time. After the game you will be transported back to the Royal Suites by the Glacier Pilots.
13 June Sunday: Game time 7PM against the Anchorage Bucs. Transportation to be provided by the Glacier Pilots. B.P. time to be coordinated with the Anchorage Bucs. After the game you will be transported back to the Royal suites by the Glacier Pilots.
14 June Monday: You will be picked up at the Royal Suites Lodge at check out time and transported to Kenai by the Oilers Bus. Pick up time to be coordinated with the Oilers. The trip to Kenai will take about 3 hours. In Kenai you will be staying at the Bingo Hilton. In Kenai transportation to and from eating places and the ballpark will be coordinated with the Oilers. B.P. time to be coordinated with the Oilers. Game time 7PM against the Oilers.
15 June Tuesday: Game time is 7PM against the Oilers. Transportation and B.P. time to be coordinated with the Oilers. After the game you will overnight at the Bingo Hilton.
16 June Wednesday: Morning checkout at the Bingo Hilton and then you will be transported to the Anchorage Ball Park. Coordinate the check out and departure time with the Oilers. At the Anchorage ball park you will be picked up and transported to Palmer by the Mat-Su Miners vans. Coordinate pick up time with the Miners. In Palmer you will check in at the Gold Miner Hotel, hosted by the Miners. Game time is 7PM against the Miners. Coordinate B.P. and transportation to the ball park times with the Miners. After the game the Miners will transport you back to the hotel.
17 June Thursday: Observe checkout time at the hotel. You will be transported to Anchorage by the Miners vans. In Anchorage you will check in at the Royal Suites Lodge and be hosted by the Glacier Pilots. Game time is 2PM against the Glacier Pilots. Transportation to the ball park and B.P. time to be coordinated with the Glacier Pilots. After the game you will be returned to the Royal Suites Lodge by the Glacier Pilots.
18 June Friday: You will checkout of the Royal Suites Lodge and be picked up by the Anchorage Bucs bus for transportation to Fairbanks. The trip will take about 7 hours. Coordinate bus pick up time with the Bucs. In Fairbanks you will check in at the Goldpanners housing facilities, located at the ball park. Eating places are within walking distance from the ball park so you will not need much local transportation while in Fairbanks. You will coordinate any needed transportation and B.P. times with the Goldpanners. Game time is 7PM against the Goldpanners.
19 June Saturday: Game time is 7PM. You will overnight at the Fairbanks facilities
20 June Sunday: Game time is 2PM. After the game you will check out of the housing facilities and be transported to Anchorage by the Anchorage Bucs bus. Coordinate check out and bus departure times with the Goldpanners. In Anchorage you will check in at the Royal Suites Lodge and be hosted by the Glacier Pilots. Coordinate local transportation with the Glacier Pilots
21 June Monday: Observe hotel checkout time. Game time is 7PM. Coordinate transportation and B.P. times with the Glacier Pilots. If you desire shower facilities after the game you must coordinate this with the Pilots prior to the game. After the game you will be transported to the airport for departure by the Pilots. Departure time is 2:10AM Monday night/Tuesday morning (Alaska time) on Alaska Airlines flight #126 to Seattle. You will arrive in Seattle at 6:32AM (Seattle time) Tuesday morning.
22 June Tuesday: You will depart Seattle at 7:15AM on Alaska Airlines flight #550 to San Diego. You will arrive in San Diego at 9:57AM (California time).
