I can understand that there are a lot of
videos that
YouTube
probably wouldn't allow, considering their adult nature. For instance, there have been
multiple PannerVision broadcasts
with streakers
-- which might be considered unsuitable material for
some audiences (not to mention the entire 100th
Midnight Sun Game broadcast). However, why this video was banned is a
bit of a mystery.
Naturally, I challenged the ruling, but
was told it was Major League Baseball that had flagged the
video. See if you can figure out why... I
certainly don't know.
Perhaps Fergie is now the
property of Major League Baseball, and nobody can use his
likeness without their permission... yet, wouldn't them
sending him to Fairbanks constitute permission? I
don't know. If it wasn't more fun to host the video
here and complain, I'd write our
HOF pal
Greg Harris about it (whose video, strangely enough,
wasn't banned).
